This week Bryan is joined by author and CEO of the Character and Leadership Center, Mike Erwin. Mike is an expert on the topic of leadership. After graduating from West Point and serving in the military for seven years, Mike got a master's degree from Michigan in positive psychology and began working as a leadership development consultant. He's published two books about leadership and along the way found time to build out two successful nonprofits, not one, but two one focused on veterans' health and one on character education.
